Introducing our Surf and Turf Plate, a classic combination of land and sea. A juicy 4 oz petite filet mignon, perfectly cooked to your liking, is paired with succulent jumbo prawns (3) and seasoned with a delicious port wine reduction. To balance the flavors, we have included a serving of twice-cooked mash potato with onion, garlic, cream, parmesan cheddar, sour cream, and bacon. The dish is topped off with a rich mushroom sauce and served with a side of asparagus. To add a touch of luxury, we have also included a truffle pasta, made with truffle oil, parmesan, and cream.
